Best Groomsmen Picture - Argyle Socks

I have a thing for Argyle and Socks... found here
So, I really have a thing for fun (and funny) socks. It's an addiction. So, really, if you are thinking about getting me a gift, find the silliest socks, and those are perfect... like, well, these:

My husband told I was crazy for loving these, but they.have.capes.love.them. Found here
I digress.

I love socks, I love Argyle. So men in Argyle socks, all matching at a wedding. Is a must. What a great picture.

Do you love it, or hate it. (not the cape socks... the Argyle ones) (but you can tell me you love the cape socks too)

Dream Day Cakes

Warning... Cheese Ahead - If you can dream it, they can do it! (Yeah, I warned you)

Seriously.

One of my favorite clients went to Dream Day Cakes and said, I want you to make a cake of a Florida Spiney Lobster. Here... this is what one looks like.

Florida Spiney Lobster = Big Shrimp

And Bam!

Totally fantastical, right?

Okay, so Big Shrimp aren't your thing?

You are more of a Gamer.

Oh? Like X-Box?

Yup, that's what I am talking about!

High Score!

Dream Day also came up with pretty spectacular ideas for the bride that doesn't want the traditional wedding cake...

What do you think? Would you consider a Cake Pop Tower or a mini dessert tower instead of a wedding cake?

Groomsmen Gifts

The holiday season has a lot to do with giving, we figured we'd honor that spirit by reminding you about a few people you don't want to leave out on your wedding-your wedding party! The people who will be with you through the whole process, help calm your nerves, as well as help you survive your bachelor/bachelorette parties!

Let's focus on the guys. Forget about fighting hordes of people to get to checkout lines, racing a mom to the shelf for the last "it-toy" in the store, and painstakingly long trips to the mall. Luckily, buying gifts for your groomsmen pales in comparison to the ever-dreaded Christmas shopping.

When picking out a gift you want to make it something personal and special, something that they'll use for years to come and always think of your friendship and the memories you share. Depending on the bonds you've formed, here are some great ideas of useful gifts guys will love!

This gift box is not only super fun and full of wonderful treats like brownies, Maker's Mark (which is my husband's favoritest in the whole wide world), and a miniature flask that your groomsmen will surely appreciate, it's simple to make as well! Floridian Weddings gives you complete DIY instructions on how you can create this giftbox (and those delectable looking brownies) yourself.

{This post is in honor of the wonderful John DiStefano (ahem, that's my hubs) and his love of Maker's Mark}
