Burlap Vintage Dessert Table

Discovered on  Ever So Lovely
As I was searching for an unlikely combination of lace and burlap, who woulda thunk it would work??? I found this amazing-gorgeous-yummy spread of desserts with a Vintage Rustic Chic feel.

I think this would make a great addition to a rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or any intimate dinner party. Just head over to your local thrift store, find some fantastic vintage luggage and voila!

Plus those rustic lanterns are pretty phenomenal, don't you think?

If you want to see the entire Lace and Burlap gorgeousness, check out Ever So Lovely, we are kind of in love with her.

Dessert for Breakfast

Source

I am sure you are wondering what eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee have to do with a wedding, right?

Think about a day after wedding brunch... or having these delivered to your guests rooms the day after your wedding...

Dessert for breakfast is just one of those guilty pleasures you have to indulge in every now and then, but cookies that actually look like breakfast?! Now that's something I could get used to.

We are always looking for fun and unique items for Wedding Brunch, and these are too cute!!!
I'm sure I could come up with a last minute brunch party to have these at.

Cupcake Cake

Source

First of all, this cupcake cake is way too pretty for a one-year old!

Ok, we're just pouting because we want one. But really two-digit ages have more cupcakes, so that's a valid reason for having our own cupcake cake right now, right?

So maybe I can do this for my Fourttiesadhgdkafjgit.... (intentional typo)

I am still deciding what to do for Zachary's first birthday, maybe something like this? Maybe?

Baseball Strawberries

These would be awesometastic at a tailgate party or a rehearsal dinner if you or your honey were into sports, played sports or were a lover of all things baseball.

I think these would be fun for a DIY sports themed birthday party, perfect for summer! Yum!

What do you think?

Potato Chip Cupcakes

Holy. Moly. Aside from the crazy drool-worthiness of all chocolate, potato chips and salted carmel sauce one of the best parts of this cupcake is the name: Highway to Heaven. Seems pretty accurate!

Yes? No?

Salty Sweet! Yes, please!

Help me Plan a Party: Dessert

There has to be a sweet ending to any party, donuts to go a sweet course to end a savory meal. Something chocolate and scrumptious or gooey and warm.

What would you want to eat after a fun chic elegant shabby chic poolside cocktail party?

Messages of Love and Cookies

Since it is Valentine's Day, we over at Masterpiece Weddings are filling our day with love-love-love, as much chocolate as allowed (which is a lot, trust me), the one's who fill our heart with joy, and these adorable Candy Heart imitation cookies brought to us by the always fabulous Williams-Sonoma.

These cookies are not only completely delicious looking (they're not chocolate-covered, but we'll let it slide this time), but they are simple to create with help from this cookie cutter. Not only that, but they would be a great addition to any wedding reception!

I hope your day is as lovey-dovey as humanly possible!
