There is an absolutely GORGEOUS book a friend of mine has (she and her daughter are starting to plan the daughter's wedding) on themed weddings, plus general wedding planning that brides (and parents) will find very useful. It's called "The 'W' Day" by an interior and events designer, Giulia Macchia. Just gorgeous, filled with pictures and all kinds of good advice. It's got "how to dos," of course, but it also includes what can work and what can't, and even explains all the "wedding vocabulary." Let's face it, some people don't know the difference between a nosegay and a cascade -- this book tells it all. And lots of wonderful photos, too.

Thanks for the information. I guess organizing vendors and planning timeline is essential in having a successful wedding ceremony and reception.
